Object of Game and Rules:
- There is a 80-yard playing field.
- 6 players for each team. No more, no less.
- 6 players on the field (5 running, 1 goalie).
- There is a big ball. (pic below)
- You must hit the ball with the palm of your hand or head.
- You may not hit it with a closed fist or kick it.
- Everytime it hits the opposing team's wall, its a point.
- There are 3 periods of each having 10-minutes (30 minutes total).
- Games occur every day, there are 48 games per team in the Regular Season.
- Each team will face each other for a period of time.


Post Season:
Top 4 teams from each conference will be in this.

First Round, For Both Conferences:
#4 Seed vs. #1 Seed (Best-of-5)
#3 Seed vs. #2 Seed (Best-of-5)

Second Round, For Both Conferences:
#4/1 Seed vs. #3/2 Seed (Best-of-5)

Finals:
Winner of each Conferences face each other (Best-of-7)
