The New Universe Hockey League Idea

So, recently, I have heard alot from the National Hockey League in terms of free agency and blockbuster trades, and really, as a Philadelphia Flyers fan, who seem to be at the middle of things, I can say that it's going to be a roller coaster ride of a year.

Anyway, I got the feeling not that long ago that the original Universe Hockey League was going to be something special, and it seemed that way, however, there were a few missing pieces that I think would turn it in to a staple sports roleplay... Just to name a few things:



Anyway, the list goes on and on. However, for the time being, I'm just trying to see how much interest I can garner, and how much devotion I can get, before I set this plan forward any more. So... Any takers?

I know i'm kind of new, and nobody knows me, but i'm Stigma, (aka: real name Carson) but yeah i'm in sounds like a sick idea man.

By the way, my Minor League team is gonna be sick as. I might not win the NHL level title, but my minor league affiliate is gonna blow some fuckas away.

Same with the salary cap thing.. i'm not digging it.

Salary caps are a great idea! Otherwise, free agency is going to be teh ghey. Think about it, if say Hockey Superstars Seymour Cleavage and Ian Vincible are both going into free agency, and the Freedomville Patriots and Dudleyville Dudleys both want them, but they need to fill other positions as well, they have to decide how much money to put into each rather than Dudleyville getting both just because. It also keeps one guy from getting a huge advantage because they can post first and claim 10 top notch talents with nobody getting a chance to compete for the FAs.

Salary Cap is a good idea, because lets face it hockey isnt some pansy baseball where you don't gotta use your noggin
