WrestleMania spots on the line?

Anyone else think its stupid how WWE first adds the match on RAW that John Cena puts his WM Match on the line against Punk.
If Punk wins, Cena's out.
Clearly, Cena is going to win or atleast it will come to a draw and they will add Punk to the bout.
Stupid.

Now, that Swagger has been arrested.
Could WWE do the same and as Karl stated, have Orton versus Swagger for his spot,
Have Orton win as punishment to Swagger, have Ziggler cash in on Del Rio and have
Orton versus Ziggler at Mania?
